DURO-TUSS Chesty Forte 200ml

Duro-Tuss Chesty Cough Forte is a cough mixture used to relieve stubborn and irritating productive coughs (i.e. a cough that raises mucous/sputum from the respiratory tract) associated with bronchitis and other respiratory tract infections.

Duro-Tuss Chesty Cough Liquid Forte contains the active ingredients bromhexine and guaifenesin.

Bromhexine and guaifenesin work to break down thick mucous/sputum in the respiratory tract associated with respiratory infections, such that it becomes less viscuous and can be easily coughed up.

Ingredients
Each 10ml of oral liquid contains:
Bromhexine hydrochloride      8mg
Guaiphenesin                            200mg
Sucralose, saccharin sodium, sodium benzoate, sorbitol
 
Sugar, lactose, colour, alcohol and gluten free
 
Directions
Over 12 years:   10ml                Every 4-6 hours as required (maximum 4 times a day)
6-12 years:        5ml                   Every 4-6 hours as required (maximum 4 times a day)
Under 6 years:                           Do not use
 
Precautions
Consult your doctor if you:

• Are taking other medication to treat coughs and colds
• For children under 12 years of age

 
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
