Directions

Adults: Chew 1-2 tablets daily, directly before or after food. May be increased to 3 tablets daily, as required

Children: Suitable for children 9 years of age and above. Chew 1 tablet daily, directly before or after food. This may be increased up to 2 tablets per day, if required.
